Hey there, Quick question: what's stopped you from selling anything online so far? If you're like most people who reply to these emails, the answer is some version of "I don't have an audience yet." You don't have an email list, and maybe you only have a handful of Instagram followers, mostly friends. So the plan becomes: grow the audience first, sell... someday. ...which becomes never because you get overwhelmed and demotivated. Now, back to that first sale. Here's the thing nobody tells you - I got mine 6 years ago with basically no audience. Yeah! It's true. No big list, no viral post, no ad budget. And that first sale taught me more than six months of "audience building" ever did, because it proved someone would actually pay and where to find customers ! So I put everything I did into a free guide: How To Get Your First Sale With NO AUDIENCE Inside, I walk you through exactly how I did it - where I found my first buyer, what I offered, and the steps you can copy this week, even if your only follower is your mum. Your first sale isn't waiting on 10,000 followers. It's a lot closer than you think. Go get it, Before you go - I've been getting a LOT of emails lately asking about running and growing memberships. I'm only in month 2 of mine, with 31 paying subscribers, so it's all very fresh: what's working, what flopped, what I'd do differently. Want me to write next week's email on it? Hit reply and let me know - if enough of you say yes, I'll collect it all into one email and send it to you! Hit reply and tell me. I read every single email :) Thanks for reading Aisha Preece from Outandbeyond.com PS: I share my bare minimum low-effort strategy to grow my blogs on my Instagram stories — if you want more behind-the-scenes like this, come hang out: @aishapreece PPS; Snail mail for July is nearly ready, I am pretty excited for this as it has a book discussion plus video training from me teaching a skill and a personal story I wont share anywhere else, (so not just stickers and paper, you actually learn skills :)). So this week, an email subscriber asked me this exact question. And I'll be honest with you - after everything Google has pulled with these updates, I caught myself asking the same thing. Late at night, staring at my traffic graphs, wondering if I'd been wasting my time all these years. O_O Should I jack it all in and go back to corporate? Is it even worth the effort anymore? But here's where I landed, and I mean this: absolutely, blogging is still worth it. What's changed is the definition...

Hi there, If you are like me when I started, trying to figure out all the 'admin' you need to do before you actually start your business might actually put you off starting entirely! Bank accounts, tax, legal compliance! O_OMost online business owners think about legal compliance the same way they think about going to the dentist. They know they should, they keep meaning to, and they assume they'll deal with it before anything goes wrong. The problem is that legal blind spots don't announce...
